Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Last updated: August 2026
HyperFlow is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the data needed to operate each product — most of our products are self-custodial and require no personal data at all. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information related to your use of HyperFlow.
2. Information We Collect
For self-custodial products (swap, bridge, spot), we collect minimal data:
Blockchain Data: Public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and on-chain activities (e.g., trades, bridge transfers, points earned) are recorded on the Hyperliquid EVM blockchain and are publicly accessible.
For perpetuals accounts, we collect and store the data needed to operate the service: your email address if you sign in with an email account, associated wallet addresses, and server-side records of your balances, orders, positions, and transfers (the platform ledger). Per-wallet balances and open positions are also published to the public HyperflowProof contract on HyperEVM.
Usage Data: Aggregated, anonymized data about how users interact with HyperFlow’s interface, such as page visits or feature usage, may be collected to improve our services.
Voluntarily Provided Data: If you contact us via email, Discord, or other channels, we may collect information you provide, such as your email address or username.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, or KYC data) unless required by law.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Facilitate transactions, trades, and cross-chain transfers on HyperFlow.
Track points earned through the points program and ensure transparency.
Improve the functionality and user experience of HyperFlow’s interface.
Respond to user inquiries or support requests.
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations, if applicable.
4. Sharing Your Information
HyperFlow shares data only with the service providers needed to operate the platform (e.g., embedded-wallet and email-login infrastructure) and does not sell personal data. Beyond that, personal data is shared only in the following cases:
Public Blockchain Data: Transactions and wallet addresses are inherently public on HyperEVM and accessible to anyone.
Service Providers: We may share anonymized usage data with analytics providers to improve our platform.
Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information to authorities to comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
HyperFlow integrates with third-party services, including bridge and route providers (e.g., LayerZero, HyperUnit, Relay, Mayan, Gas.zip), the decentralized exchanges the swap aggregator routes to, and login / embedded-wallet infrastructure providers. These services have their own privacy policies, and HyperFlow is not responsible for their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party DApps or services you interact with.
6. Security
HyperFlow employs industry-standard security practices to protect our smart contracts and interface. However, you are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. HyperFlow is not liable for losses due to compromised wallets or phishing attacks.
7. Cookies and Tracking
HyperFlow’s interface may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience (e.g., saving wallet connection preferences). You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit functionality.
8. Your Rights
As HyperFlow collects minimal data, your rights are primarily exercised through your control of your wallet:
Access: You can view your on-chain activities via blockchain explorers like Hyperliquid’s dashboard.
Deletion: Since blockchain data is immutable, we cannot delete on-chain transactions, including records mirrored to the HyperflowProof contract. For account and contact data (e.g., your email address, support emails), you may request deletion by contacting us; transaction records in the platform ledger are retained as required for the integrity of the ledger.
Opt-Out: You can stop using HyperFlow at any time to cease data collection.
9. International Users
HyperFlow is accessible globally. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.
